Hands down the best presentation tool in my opinion is ClearSlide. I'm a user of ClearSlide and use the tool daily. I also use salesforce.com for managing my sales contacts and pipeline. Like Salesforce.com, ClearSlide is super easy to use. One of the top reasons this is the best presentation tool is that it allows me to send powerpoint decks as a URL and see exactly when my deck or proposals are opened, who viewed them, for how long, from what location (see below) and if they were forwarded on. A well timed follow up call is now every follow up call.
